In my opinion, the way to success is through education.  A child who enters school during the kindergarten age will soon learn that education opens the doors to many things.  For one, getting your work done on time and done well will allow the child to join his/her friends at recess.  The young teenage student who enters junior highschool realizes quickly that in order to earn a spot on the Honor Roll, he/she must achieve a certain grade point average.  Ultimately, this student will earn his/her way to earning a highschool diploma which yet again opens more doors to a successful adult life.

 

An educated buyer is one who has been informed of the relationship between themself and their buyer representative.  He or she has been informed of how important it is for complete communication between them.  When a seller decides to list their home with me I educate them on the process and why a full-service realtor will ultimately earn them a sale realizing the best price obtainable for their property.
